Jay Beaulieu

Jay is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in financial services and organizational psychology. He provides executive skills training to rising leaders at prominent asset management firms and investment banks with a focus on interpersonal communication and relationship development.

Jay is an iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and a certified COR.E Leadership Dynamics™ Specialist (CLDS). With a MS in Organizational Psychology from the University of Southern California (2019), Coach Beaulieu focuses on building workplace culture and driving employee engagement. His graduate research proposed a customer-centric approach to building cross-functional cohesion across sales, marketing, and product divisions in startup environments.
