As a trained executive assessor, Brooke utilizes a multi-method approach in both executive assessments and executive coaching, which includes drawing insights from cognitive and personality testing (psychometrics).
Brooke holds BS and MBA degrees from Pepperdine University, as well as a research-based masters from Harvard. Her impressive career includes providing talent strategy consulting for various financial sectors, including banking, financial services, and investment management (assets managers, PE and VC). She has worked for numerous consulting firms, including Spencer Stuart, one of the world’s leading global executive search and leadership consulting firms.
